EVERY girl deserves her glowy moment and we shouldn’t let our beautiful, glowy skin go into hibernation JUST because the cute, furry animals are !!

I’ve lived in the midwest my ENTIRE life; I grew up in the Chicago area and attend school in Madison, WI ( FYI – Madison is infamous for its bitter cold winters ). Despite my ~chilly~ childhood and college career, I am a firm believer in year-round crop top season. I also believe that you MUST have a fabulous shimmer to go with your crop top set – whether it be a pink, sparkly photoshopped set or a black, simple top.

I’ve been using these products for a while and have been spilling my secrets to getting gorge, dewy skin with all of my BFFs… and as you will read, my skin secrets are ALWAYS revealed when I am a Truly or two deep at a pregame… Nothing gets you into the party mood like highlighted cheekbones and shimmering skin – YA KNOW?!!

I was sharing these secrets with my GFs and received a ton of q’s on Instagram about these products, so a product breakdown was VERY necessary.

L’Oréal TANNING TOWEL

While this product in particular doesn’t necessarily make you sparkle, it’s worth taking note of because it gives you a nice, tan base to work on. I love the L’Oréal Tanning Towels because they are essentially a spray tan in a wet wipe form. I’d take a tan towel over a spray tan any day because I can tan at my convenience and literally don’t need to leave my apartment to get the sun kissed look.

OLIGOFORCE Soothing SERUM

Additionally, serums strengthen skin cells, increased nourishment, prevent acne, and brighten the skin. I like to call it “breakfast for my skin”. 😉

KOPARI COCONUT BODY GLOW

I was brushing my Benefit Dandelion Twinkle Highlighter ALL over my neck, chest, and arms to keep the glowy, dewy look going. Cheekbones matter, but let’s not forget about the body!! However, I wanted to find a product that should be used on the body and that would be hydrating – BUT that also wasn’t too heavy. ( don’t ask for much … ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

BENEFIT DANDELION TWINKLE

Don’t ya know the saying, “mother knows best?” WELL, my mother was the one who introduced me to this product… but on accident. Terr received the Benefit Dandelion Twinkle Highlighter during a department store deal. She wasn’t really familiar with this product and stored it in her travel makeup bag. On vacay, I forgot to pack my mascara, so I borrowed hers. While rummaging through her makeup bag, I came across this product and borrowed it EVERY DAY on vacation. By the end of vacation, she let me have it!

Fast forward to today, and I ( AGAIN ) find myself brushing this highlighter on my friends cheekbones during our pregames. I find that this highlighter really brightens up my face, and I just need to share it with my girlfriends. We always joke that if we lose another at the bar to “flash a cheek” so we can spot another… Needless to say, we’ve never lost a dewey cheek… 😉
