Don’t like salad?

It’s prolly because you’re using a bland dressing!!

The MOST COMMON mistake people make when making a salad is picking the wrong salad dressing.

Salad dressing can make or break the salad.

My dad and I went to Capital Grille on our last daddy daughter date night after celebrating my first week of clinicals and I had this salad that ROCKED MY WORLD.

Oh my god. It was delish.

Per usual, I asked for my salad dressing on the side and it was SO YUM that I dipped their bread in it and had my dad try some too.

This dressing was so good that I asked the waiter for the recipe and had to share it on the blog.

Recipe

  • ½ cup EVOO
  • 2 T white wine vinegar
  • 12 anchovies
  • ¼ cup parm cheese

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until well combined.
  2. Drizzle over a salad or enjoy on the size.

How to enjoy the dressing:

  • ON A SALAD – dressing on the side 😉
  • WITH SOUR DOUGH – I’M LEGIT DROOLING RN
  • EGGPLANT FRIES – mix this dressing evenly on sliced eggplant and air fry for 15 mins at 400°F. This is another one of bob’s fave AHTK recipes 😉
