EVERYONE loves Caesar dressing –EXCLUDING my waistline.

That’s where yogurt-based salad dressing comes into play. I’ve had an obsession with yogurt-based salad dressings for a few reasons:

Compared to a leading brand, AHTK Caesar dressing has:

  • 80% less calories
  • 90% less total fat
  • 3x more protein

And guess what??

It DOESN’T taste like sh*t… Trust me on this one and you can thank me later 😉

yogurt based caesar dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lowfat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic 
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3 anchovies
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper 

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in high-powered blender and blend until well-combined
  2. Store in fridge for 5-7 days

Note: Recipe yields about 1 1/2 cups. One serving is 2 tbsp (~35 calories).
