Have you met someone who DOESN’T like to drown their kale salad with Caesar dressing??
EVERYONE loves Caesar dressing –EXCLUDING my waistline.
That’s where yogurt-based salad dressing comes into play. I’ve had an obsession with yogurt-based salad dressings for a few reasons:
- First, you can enjoy a larger volume of dressing for fewer calories!
- Second, there is less LDL ( AKA bad-cholesterol ) raising saturated fat.
- Third, there is more protein!
Compared to a leading brand, AHTK Caesar dressing has:
- 80% less calories
- 90% less total fat
- 3x more protein
And guess what??
It DOESN’T taste like sh*t… Trust me on this one and you can thank me later 😉
