Maybe it’s finger food for cocktail hour or maybe we just want a snack.
Either way, why not make it boujee??
My obsession with smoked salmon started when I interned in NY and it’s only gone up since then — LOVE me some bagel & lox.
I like to pair smoked salmon with AHTK high fiber bagels for brekkie or a high fiber tortilla for snack time…
We’ve already covered how to make the bagel, but here’s how to make the most boujee snack of all time:
Ingredients
- 2 tortilla wrap (I used this high fiber wrap)
- 1/4 cup whipped chive cream cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- chopped dill
- capers
- 4 oz smoked salmon
Instructions
- Mix chive cream cheese, diced red onion, chopped dill, and capers in a small bowl until well-combined.
- Divide cream cheese mixture evenly between tortilla wraps and spread to the edges.
- Top cream cheese with smoked salmon, 2 oz/wrap.
- Tightly roll up tortillas and then cut with a knife.
Notes: Yields 4 servings for snack. 130 calories and 5 grams protein/serving.
ENJOY!
