Snacks often get a bad rep, but they are actually a great way to avoid ravenous eating later!

  • PREP AHEAD: The best way to prevent hanger is to prepare for it ahead of time! Write down your snacks for the week in your Meal & Grocery Shopping Organizer (downloadable HERE)
  • HONOR YOUR HUNGER: Eat when you’re hungry. Don’t eat if you aren’t! Allow yourself 0-2 snacks/day to keep your hunger in check!
